    I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you making this gift happen for me! I know its a rush order and you're giving me a great price, but like I mentioned yesterday, it really means alot to me and I know having you make it means it will come out perfect!  and it has to be that way for my mother! :) 
    Im not sure if you really get into everyone's "stories" behind why they have certain pieces made, but the reason why this means so much to me is because it symbolizes my father. He passed away 13 years ago while I was still in high school from a brain tumor and on his 10th anniversary my sister and I got angel wing tattoos on our left shoulders....my mom always said she felt like she should get one too but a tattoo just isnt her thing....so like I mentioned yesterday, once this idea of the pendant came along I knew I had to get it for her for my wedding.
 
So, again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!  I cant wait to see the final product! :)

It is a true benefit to deal directly with one person who knows the product they are selling inside and out. Your craftsmanship on your custom setting is amazing. It really makes the diamonds sparkle and pop. My family has been a long time customer of one of your competitors in Nashua NH which is run like a new car dealership which isn’t a pleasant experience. How often do you call a company and the person who answers the phone is a person of your caliber?
